Spring 2019 T-Shirt Design Competition

The entry process is as follows;

1. The submitted design/image to the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition must incorporate the words “SaltCON”, and the year “2019”.

2. All SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition entries will only be accepted by using the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Contest form.

3. All SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition entries must be received by midnight November 1, 2018.

4. The winner of the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition will be notified once the winning design is chosen.

Eligibility:

1. You must be 12 years of age or older to enter and win. No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.

2. The design/image must be of your own making/design.

3. The design/image cannot be published or displayed prior to, or during SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition. This includes but is not limited to self-publishing. If your design/image has been available for purchase for any purpose, then your design/image is not eligible for SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition.

4. The design/image must be complete by the time of submission.

5. Individuals may submit up to 3 designs/images. Each design/image must be a separate entry.

6. Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification from the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition. All decisions made by SaltCON UT LLC is the final.

Submission Details:

1. By submitting your design/image to the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition, you agree to not hold SaltCON UT LLC or any of the participants liable for any perceived intellectual property infringement. Submission of a design/image to the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition is a validation that you have read, understand, and accept the terms of this agreement.

2. Please use the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition form completed in English.

3. All designs/images must be submitted in a high resolution (300+ dpi) Vector graphic file format (example: AI, SVG, PDF) that can be used by SaltCON UT LLC for its intended purpose. If design/image file cannot be used, The design/image will be disqualified.

4. Designs/images must be limited to 3 colors.

5. All submitted designs/images become the sole property of SaltCON UT LLC.

The Process:

1. The winning design/image will be selected by SaltCON UT LLC.

Prizes:

1. The winner of the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition will receive (2) Full Convention Badges, (2) SaltCON Spring 2019 T-Shirts, Honorable Mention on the SaltCON website and Honorable Mention in the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention Program.

2. Prizes are not transferable.

3. Prizes have no cash value.

The SaltCON 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition Rule Changes:

1. SaltCON UT LLC may change and or alter the “SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition” rules at anytime during the SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition.

2. SaltCON UT LLC has the right to cancel the “SaltCON Spring 2019 Convention T-Shirt Design Competition” at anytime.

The Convention T-Shirt Design Competition Submission Process

1. Click on “Enter Design Competition” button at bottom of page

2. Click on T-Shirt Design Competition “Add To Cart” Button

3. Review Your Entry Fee Summary (Cart)  then Click on “Continue” button

4. Fill out Competition Entry Form and Review “Entry Fees” at bottom of Competition Entry Form page.

5. Read and Accept “Terms and Conditions” then Click on “Submit Entry and Pay” button

6. Select Files or Drop Files into upload box

7. Click “Start Upload”

8. Check Email for Confirmation
